The project " Action Change Activism Youth Leaders " has achieved the purpose of the project by mobilizing young people from the town.By creating opportunities for participation in the community of young people, the premises of a beneficial partnership for the local community and of professional and personal development of young people were created, together they are responsible for the good of the community, having a positive attitude for active citizenship.
Project results:
- arranging 5.09 ha, with the planting of 5600 trees of different species with the creation of new green spaces,
- planting 251 decorative trees and 1100 flowers in the area of Iubilenii and other green spaces in the town of Ocnita,
- the arrangement of 0.4 ha of land related to the pond in Vodocacka park as a beach for spending free time;
- 37 places for waste were located in the places where they were identified as deficient in the collection of waste;
- citizens have been informed and educated in the spirit of environmental protection,
- 5 awareness campaigns were carried out in the field of environmental protection and 400 leaflets related to environmental protection, waste collection were distributed;
- promotional materials were placed in places with high visibility and public impact.
