For this purpose, the street lighting infrastructure has been improved with being installed 59 pillars and 59 LED bulbs with the capacity of 15 W for ensuring te citizens’ security; trees and green lawns were planted, and at the same time the Association of Residents "Modern House" was created in order to cultivate skills and abilities to residents to manage, keep clean and use the public goods obtained within the project.
Children, young people (179 children and young people), women (490), men (188), including 35 people with disabilities were involved in carrying out the information and raising awareness campaign, consultation, exchange of good practices, monitoring and evaluation of the project, launching ideas on the design and location of the street furniture, making articles for the exhibition fair, participating in master classes, playing chess, participating in the exhibition of the implemented community projects and preparing traditional meals, launching proposals for activities of the Public Service Management and Monitoring Program, and being convinced that their views matter.

The innovativeness of the project results consists in the usage of non-polluting alternative energy resources, which are favorable to the environment, through the photovoltaic station installed on the roof of the residential block on 3 Porumbescu street, from where the electricity network of the street lighting for the yard of the 4 blocks of flats is supplied with energy, including the video surveillance system. The capacity of the photovoltaic station integrated in an off-grid inverter system is 3.3 kW and it provides 100% energy for the public lighting system in the mentioned area during sunshine. The area for photovoltaic panels is 19.68 m2. The annual solar irradiation potential for this location is 1150 kwh / kwp / year. The solar collector field consists of 12 photovoltaic panels, which generate 3795 kw per year. In the Republic of Moldova, for the production of 1 kwh of electricity, 0.467 kg of CO2 is generated. With the installation of the photovoltaic station, which produces annually 3795 kw, the volume of CO2 emitted in atmosphere at the production of electrical energy is annually reduced by about 1,772 kg of CO2 per year (0.467 kg CO2 x 3795 kw).
